Due to COVID-19 our classes are on pause. We are working to restructure our demonstration classes for the safety of our community and our instructors.
Very simply, we want to help you cook better and feel more comfortable in the kitchen. We offer you better ways to get meals on the table using bolder flavors, easier techniques and combinations of ingredients that will take your cooking from good to great. We showcase delicious recipes, tips, and product selection/usage to help enhance the way you cook and enjoy food.
Most of our classes are semi-participation, which means the instructor does the majority of the class in demonstration style, but calls up participants to help out at intervals in the class. We find that this method lets all participants get the same great experience, and that those who want to get their hands dirty can do so, while those that want to observe, sit back and relax can do that too.
